Analyse de funnel / Native : Reviews, referral & upsell

On réalise pour l'exemple aujourd'hui une analyse express (20 minutesà du funnel ecommerce de la marque Native !  

Les points analysés sont :

  • Leur homepage, et notamment la mise en avant de leur programme de referral sur toutes les pages du site et également la mise en avant constante des reviews de leurs best sellers,
  • Leur page produit, et notamment le mécanisme d'upsell qui est mis en place, notamment si un produit à moins de 15€ est ajouté au panier.

Leur mécanisme de referral

Ils passent par un outil qui s'appelle Talkable et qui possède une version gratuite pour Shopify plutôt similaire qui vous permet de mettre en place votre propre système de referral sur votre boutique en ligne, qui fonctionnera de la même façon !

À savoir - de manière générale pour un programme de referral, il est toujours plus efficace de donner une récompense en nature ("un échantillon offert/un produit offert) plutôt que une récompense monétaire. L'aspect psychologique derrière cela est de ne pas "déranger" ou d'inviter ses amis pour quelques euros, alors que pour un produit gratuit, cela est moins gênant !

La mise en avant des reviews et avis produits sur le site

Ils ont des milliers d'avis 5 étoiles sur leurs best sellers, et cela devient leur marque de fabrique sur le site, puisqu'ils sont mis en avant à chaque étape de la navigation.

Bonne pratique : les liens des reviews mènent à la section Reviews des pages produits, plutôt qu'une page dédiée !
